The Dormer Space provides extra space and light, but also increases the building volume. Check with your municipality in advance, as permit regulations vary.

Motorized roof window
With the push of a button, you let fresh air in, while the rain sensor automatically closes the windows as soon as the first raindrop falls.
Manual roof window
Open and close the roof window with the convenient handle. A ventilation flap is also provided to ventilate the room, even when the window is securely closed.

The white-painted finish looks great in any interior.
